By using Vendly ERP, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Vendly ERP platform for your legitimate business operations. You are responsible for ensuring all data entered into the platform (GST, Financials, Inventory) complies with local laws.
While Vendly ERP is designed to automate GST (GSTR-1, 3B) and Mandi J-Form calculations based on your entries, it is provided "as is." You must verify all reports with a qualified accountant before filing them with the government. Cycode Technologies is not liable for filing errors or penalties.
Our platform allows integration via REST APIs. Any attempt to disrupt the service via API flooding or unauthorized scraping will result in immediate termination of your firm's access.
Cycode Technologies shall not be liable for any financial losses or data inaccuracies arising from the misuse of the software or the failure of third-party payment gateways.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwani, Haryana.
