Because Vendly ERP provisions a dedicated cloud environment and isolated database for your firm immediately upon subscription, we maintain a strict policy.
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused time within a billing cycle. Once a Monthly or Annual license is activated, the payment is considered final.
You may cancel your firm's subscription at any time via the Settings panel. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid period, after which your account will transition to 'Suspended' status.
In cases where a double-payment occurs due to a technical error at the gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree), the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
