1. Data Isolation (Multi-Tenancy)

Vendly ERP is built on a secure multi-tenant architecture. Your firm's financial ledgers, inventory records, and GST data are stored in a strictly isolated database environment. No other subscriber on the platform can access your data.

2. Information We Collect

• Business Identity: Firm name, GSTIN, and corporate address for invoicing.
• Transactional Data: Sales invoices, purchase bills, and party ledgers processed by you.
• Compliance Data: Data required for generating GSTR-1, 3B, and Mandi J-Forms.
• Employee Data: Name, contact, and biometric logs (if using HRMS) for payroll processing.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All data is transmitted via 256-bit SSL encryption. We perform automated daily backups of your entire database to secure, offshore cloud servers to prevent data loss in the event of hardware failure.
